QUENZA (CLIENT HOMEWORK)

Library of Activities

What is Quenza? Read about the app [HERE]

A Quenza activity refers to the interactive content and exercises that make up the core elements of the Quenza app and website. The activities consist of multimedia (webpage, video, audio, pdf handouts, and pdf worksheets). Activities can include psychoeducation lessons, skills practice exercises, reflection journals, surveys, questionnaires, and tools for practical application. The activities are sorted by topic in this table of contents. Clicking on a link on this page will open pages with lists of activities in each topic. Pathways are groups of activities connected together sequentially as learning modules, and several pathways can make up a master class.

Please read about the Quenza app and portal before you begin exploring this section of the website. You will need to be registered as a client to complete any activities in Quenza. If you would like to know more or would like me to send you an activity to complete, please let me know in our next session, or send me a chat through Quenza.

A final note. These pages are for informational purposes only. The links on the activity topic’s page will only work if you are the professional and Quenza account administrator.
