The following activities are things you can do as part of a behavioral approach to treatment. The behavioral activation approach includes participating in pleasurable activities. I invite you to review the list and click on each activity to read about the way each activity can have a positive effect on your affect, mood, and your mental, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual states of being. I invite you to add as many as you are comfortable with, and as many as your resources, time, and capacity will allow.
